Situated across two boroughs - Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster - Bayswater is within easy walking distance of some of London’s premium attractions, including Hyde Park.

Property in the area is in high demand; Georgian terraced houses still stand and many of Bayswater’s houses were also built in the white stucco-fronted fashion of the Victorian period. As is common in London’s central neighbourhoods, many of these grand homes are now separated flats. The local property landscape is completed by a selection of new-build apartments to meet demand.
