“Vitalii cleaned fine. But more relevant is the fact that he was supplied as a substitute by Housekeeep, who messed up on timing (first assuming that I wanted to change the day. Then they used a wrong phone number for me. Once I'd got that sorted, they gave me the right day and a time, which they confirmed. But then they changed it, so that Vitalii was given a different time from the one they'd confirmed I was booked in for him for. And now they're writing me messages which assume that I wanted to change to Vitalii in future (not just a substitute in place of my regular cleaner who had had to cancel the particular clean.).”
