We can't recommend Idris enough. He cleans my elderly mother's house regularly and is very competent and reliable. With him both my mother and her home are in excellent hands. He is thorough with his attention to cleaning, and kind, friendly and respectful to her. Any little extras asked of him he accomodates what a smile and a willingness to do a good job. When Idris comes to clean he adds some sparkle through his positive can-do attitude, as well as leaves the place sparkling clean.

New to using HK. Only 3 cleans with first cleaner n/a due to travel time. Very pleased with Caren's debut clean. Only advised which rooms to clean and she understood - you clean and dust wipe surfaces, even noticed dust on ceiling hanging glass light shades, lift items to dust shelves - attention to detail. Very good attitude to doing what is a job and flexible to accommodate the increased time I required from 2 - 3hrs.
